Terms and Conditions

Oriel Square Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10796174 and registered address 72 Norreys Avenue, Oxford, OX1 4SS

Here Colourblue Ltd and Oriel Square Ltd are here referred to collectively as 'CBOS'.

Agreement: CBOS agrees to provide you with training and/or consultancy during your booked dates.

 

Reservation of your selected package: Your course will be reserved for you, and/or your group upon receipt of payment. We will confirm this in the form of an invoice acknowledgment to your Group Leader.

 

Payment: Delegate bookings are made in full at the point of booking. Confirmation that the course will run will be made up to four weeks before the training date; cancellation may be given by the organisers and full refunds offered up to four weeks before the training date. No travel, accommodation or other refunds can be made in case of cancellation (insurance for these bookings is recommended.)

 

Cancellation: If delegates wish to cancel places, they may do so as follows:

  • Eight weeks or more before the training date, at no fee

  • Fewer than eight weeks but before confirmation, at 50% of the price paid

  • After confirmation but before the training date, at 95% of the price paid

  • No show on the day without notice, at 100% of the price paid

The payment method is via bank transfer – the payment details will be provided via invoice. 

 

Unacceptable or unsafe behavior: We reserve the right to cease providing services to you or any members of your party if any terms and conditions or rules are broken, if wilful damage to property takes place, or if dangerous behaviour (as defined by trainers/instructors) takes place. In such cases, our contractual obligations with you and your party will cease. You will be liable for any civil or criminal actions and your booking will be treated as having been cancelled by you and be liable for any fees as in paragraph 6 ('Cancellation'). If we cease to provide our service to you because of your unacceptable behaviour, no monies will be returned under any circumstances. CBOS reserves the right to withdraw any contractual services at any time without notice. Your safety is our utmost concern.

Complaints: In the event of any concerns or complaints, please contact a member of the CBOS team (or third-party provider) at the time of delivery. We would actively seek to resolve any issues you may have at the time. If you cannot obtain satisfaction, please write to us within 14 days of return by recorded delivery. Please be assured that any complaints received will be acted on immediately.

 

Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation resulting from any of the following: War, Riots, Acts of God, Political Unrest, Threat of War or Terrorism, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Storm, Flood, Closure of Ports, Weather Conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

You Agree to Indemnify Us: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Directors, Employees, Agents and Instructors (as applicable) harmless from and against any claim, damages, proceedings, losses and damages of every kind and nature, including solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your or your group's breach of this agreement or the terms and policies it incorporates by reference, or your or your group's violation of any laws or the rights of third parties.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notification.

Disclaimer: All members of your party must read our terms and conditions prior to commencement. Receipt of the deposit will be treated as confirmation that the terms and conditions have been read. The participant’s signature confirms his responsibilities whilst on Colourblue Ltd’s premises, and his obligations to Colourblue Ltd with regard to his insurance.

 

Personal Property: CBOS cannot accept any responsibility for personal possessions whilst on training facilities or while on the client's own premises.
