This course delivers the core principles of developing student books, workbooks, teacher guides and digital resources as integrated systems. Participants explore how to prevent duplication, structural drift and misalignment across components. The training focuses on planning progression at series level, coordinating multiple authors and maintaining conceptual coherence across formats. It also addresses workflow management and cross-component mapping. The outcome is a unified publishing strategy rather than fragmented product development.
